It’s finally here! Tomorrow morning I’m officially moving to New York City and starting my journey in cooking school at the International Culinary Center. Along the way I hope to document some of the highs and lows of becoming a professional chef, as well as cooking tips and tricks I learn along the way. Here’s to great food and even better memories!
